The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted new regulations that establish clearer and more modern principles for individual heat energy consumption metering in apartment buildings.
Key Changes:
✔️ Expanded metering capabilities – the legislation now includes the Heat Consumption Monitoring System (HCMS).
✔️ More accurate heat distribution – residents will pay according to their actual consumption.
✔️ System aligned with EU energy efficiency directives, promoting fair and sustainable heat energy usage.
The aim of the new regulation is to enhance transparency in heat energy metering, giving apartment owners greater control over their bills and encouraging more efficient energy use.
